WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE?

We use HIIT training and periodization principles, that have been shown to get you lean, strong, and more fit! The workouts are designed to target the entire body over the course of the week. 5-6 days of workouts, with 1-2 days of rest and recovery.

1. SHORT PERIOD OF EXERCISE with RESISTANCE

Typically 30-50 sec

2. RECOVER FOR A FEW SECONDS

Typically 15-30 sec

3. REPEAT FOR A FEW ROUNDS

3-4 rounds
