Recipe: Blackberry Smoothie

This creamy and refreshing blackberry smoothie is made with almond milk, yogurt, blackberries and banana (or mango), blended together into a healthy treat. An easy, delicious, and healthful way to start your day!


  • 1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 1 banana halved or 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Optional: Fresh blackberries and mint sprigs for garnish
  • Optional: Unflavored or vanilla protein powder
