THE LIGHT MY FIRE BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT Set your timer for 45 sec work / 15 sec recovery. Complete the following 3-5 times...

  1. Prisoner Squats
  2. Pushups
  3. Superman
  4. Straight Leg Situps
  5. Burpees
