Take on the latest workout challenge! It's time to get strong, roast calories, and make gains with the Hero Workout 5-Day Challenge.

For each move, go as heavy and move as quickly as you can with proper form and control. And PUSH yourself for the entire interval

The Workout:

Set your timer for 45 sec work / 15 sec recovery. Complete the following 3-5 times...

1. Jump Lunge (R)

2. Jump Lunge (L)

3. Triple Pulse Squat

4. Crossover Lunge

5. Prisoner Squat Hops
