How to Overcome "Bad" Habits

 

In this episode, Leonard discusses 3 strategies you can incorporate tomorrow that will help you sustain healthy choices to live healthy and fit.

  1. Journal Everything. Not just the "what", but the "why". Creating awareness around what you eat and why, will empower you to make decisions to that support you long term.

  2. Focus in on Adding Behaviors. Living healthy and fit isn't about what you can't have or do...it's about celebrating what you can. Put your energy and attention on ADDing positive behaviors.

  3. Do the Good Stuff First. Again it's about where you are going to put your energy. You are much better served by focusing your energy around doing the things that serve you and help you feel better first.
