This version - a little cleaner than it's original philly counterpart gets the job done without blowing away your calories. To make it, we doubled the veggies, swapped the wet cheese for a delightful parmesan sauce, and wrapped it with a whole grain bun (or lettuce wrap). The result? A healthy version of a cheat-day favorite.
