Our studio, using effective and challenging classes (indoor cycle, barre, Pound, suspension (TRX), boot camp, and yoga), uniquely incorporates cardio conditioning, cross training, functional movement (non-weight bearing and weight bearing exercises) and core strengthening. Concisely stated, we strive to provide cross-platform, multifunctional training for those that love group exercise.
We also provide nutritional support, personal training, and wellness coaching; truly making this a comprehensive and versatile program that can fit into any healthy and fit lifestyle. The unique combination of challenging cardiovascular conditioning, functional movement, and practical nutrition support is life changing.

Classes are designed to challenge your body and strengthen your mind; incorporating cycle, sculpt, cross-training, pilates, and yoga. Leaving you stronger physically and mentally. “Start Strong. Finish Stronger.”
Music is an integral part of the workouts. The playlists are created with the intention of moving you – whether a heavy standing climb, a fast seated sprint, or a squat series. Choreographed, synced, and driven by the rhythm – you will have a fresh experience every time.
The Effort Coaches (that’s what we call our instructors) will lead the way to motivate you through a safe, effective, and challenging workout; but ultimately your effort is up to you. Whether a beginner or an experienced exerciser, you will get what you need out of every workout to progress and achieve your fitness goals.

Can’t say enough good things about Sarah and Leonard!! Leonard is currently training me to be in the best shape for my May wedding!
