Cardio interval: Toe touches
For each exercise…
30 sec cardio, 1 rep
30 sec cardio, 2 reps
30 sec cardio, 3 reps
30 sec cardio, 4 reps
30 sec cardio, 5 reps
That’s 1 round.
Repeat the entire circuit 3-4 times
