Back by popular demand is Molly’s Barre Cardio every Monday at 910a!! If you remember, this class fills up super quick so take advantage of the 2 week lead time!!
This class combines barre length & strength exercises with cardio intervals for an incredible workout. You will be challenged to use a group of muscles at the bar-focusing on posture and control and then finish off with a quick and intense round of cardio before switching to a new muscle group back at the bar.
