In this episode of the Fit Life with Leonard, Leonard asks you 1 simple question. What’s your intention? And gives you a tool to use to make your intention real!
Segment intending is a tool you can use to improve the quality of your life and be deliberate about creating what you want. You enter a new “segment” anytime your intentions/activities change. Take time to set your intention and set the tone before you are inside your new segment. (ie…heading to the gym to workout) Be clear about what you really want to happen, especially how you want to feel. This helps you be aware and get more out of any experience in life.
