His focus on form, function, and ability to push participants to their limits take his classes to a whole different level. A former college athlete, Leonard is a certified cycle instructor, group exercise instructor, and teaches cycling, strength, and cardio classes.
Additionally, Leonard has a unique understanding what it means to struggle with weight management, having lost 85 lbs. When he is not hammering it on a bike or doing burpees, Leonard is enjoying the journey with his family and friends.
Using his passion for learning and the practical application of knowledge and information, Leonard, hopes to inspire others to learn about and adopt a healthy lifestyle, pursue health and fitness, and share a wonderful life with their family and friends.
