What does it take to make the most of your health, fitness, and happiness?
There are 5 things you can do today to make the most this week. In this episode I detail the steps to make this a great week. Discussed in the context of health and fitness, you can apply these to any area of your life.
#1. Decide. Decide what you want! Decide what you want from your health, fitness, and happiness
#2. Make a plan. It doesn’t have to detailed, but to get somewhere it helps to know where you are and how you want to get there.
#3. Gather your resources. You have everything you need either externally or internally to get what you want. Deliberately gather your resources to make it happen
#4. Hold yourself accountable. Share your desire with someone you love and trust (even if that’s only you…lol). Ask them to help hold you accountable to your desires.
#5. Follow through. The dreaded follow through. Find ways to inspire yourself to action. Reward yourself, encourage yourself. Have fun with finding ways to inspire you.
