Registration is open for the Fall 2017 Session 1 small group training sessions!
* Starts the week of Aug 7 for 6 weeks (12 sessions for $300)
* 4 groups available for 45 min semi-private personal training sessions
– Group A: Mon & Wed: 530p – 615p (Lead coach – Molly)
– Group B: Tue & Thu: 545p – 630p (Lead coach – Leonard)
– Group C: Tue & Thu: 700a (Lead coach – Leonard)
– Group D: Mon & Wed: 700a (Lead coach – Leonard)
