PushPointe Personal Run Coaching, is designed to help you realize your running potential. Led by Kelly Ussery, RRCA certified running coach, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and running enthusiast; our goal is to help you experience the transformational benefits of running. We invite you to participate in a program focused on improving running ability, movement quality, and nutritional habits.
Whether you are a seasoned runner or a beginner seeking motivation, we are dedicated to help you reach your personal goals and and find the magic of running.
Note: All plans include a complimentary running club membership for the duration of the personal coaching. Student, teacher, and military discounts are available.
This plan is ideal for the beginning runner that needs extra attention, through the more experienced runner looking for a more detailed, personal experience. Regardless of your ability level, this type of coaching will provide you with the opportunity to work individually with a Kelly and have your specific needs addressed while you are running. Two different service levels are available.
The Gold service level includes 1 run per week (1 hour or less) at your pace. The first month includes an in-person evaluation; as well as, a detailed training plan with instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises.
5 sessions = $275, 10 sessions = $500.
The Silver service level’s first session includes a full, in-person evaluation; as well as, a detailed training plan with instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. Subsequent sessions are done via email and phone.
5 sessions = $150, 10 sessions = $275.
Each member of the group will receive an initial consultation and a full training plan with detailed instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. 3 person minimum for all groups.
5 sessions = $125 per person, 10 sessions = $110 per person.
