Personal Fitness Training and Run Coaching
PushPointe personal training is customized to meet the specific needs of the individual client. Personal means personal. Each session, whether you desire personal fitness training or run coaching is designed to achieve your running and/or fitness goals. We will cover proper form, technique, training principles, flexibility, and recovery. This specialized attention helps you gain an in-depth understanding of your body and gives you real time feedback and support; maximizing the return on your investment.
In keeping with our philosophy of muscle confusion in order to build and change, each workout is designed to achieve maximum results for the individual client.
Our goal is to evaluate, motivate, and educate anyone who desires the extra edge personal training offers.

This plan is ideal for the beginning runner that needs extra attention, through the more experienced runner looking for a more detailed, personal experience. Regardless of your ability level, this type of coaching will provide you with the opportunity to work individually with a Kelly and have your specific needs addressed while you are running. Two different service levels are available.
The Gold service level includes 1 run per week (1 hour or less), with me, at your pace. The first month will include an in-depth, inperson evaluation as well as a detailed training plan with instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises.
5 sessions = $275, 10 sessions = $500.

strength training exercises. Subsequent session are done via email and phone.
5 sessions = $150, 10 sessions = $275.
Each member of the group will receive an initial consultation and a full training plan with detailed instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises. 3 person minimum for all groups.
5 sessions = $125 per person, 10 sessions = $110 per person.
