Within your first 7 days at PushPointe you will have a Baseline Fitness evaluation – body diagnostics to establish your “starting point.” We will also give you nutrition homework and help you establish your long term goals. After your initial meeting we’ll meet every 30 days (or as needed) to help you reach your goals."
